Hon'ble Shri Ramesh Sinha, Chief Justice Hon'ble Shri Rakesh Mohan Pandey , Judge Order on Board Per Ramesh Sinha , Chief Justice 27.06.2023 The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers: 2 “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider the claim of petitioner for grant of benefit of remission under Section 432 of CRPC Read with Rules 358 of Chhattisgarh Prison Rules 1968.
10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No.
3 & 4 to forward the report of petitioner to the Prison Review Board under the Rule 358 of Chhattisgarh Prison Rules 1968 for his consideration for remission under Section 432 of CRPC.
10.3 Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deems fit and proper may also be awarded to the petitioner including the cost of the petition.” 2.

Bishnu Muni, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with a liberty to file afresh with better particulars.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for.
