By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: “10.1.
This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner from the possession of the respondent for its kind perusal.

That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents authorities to protect the petitioner as well as direct the respondent no.
2 & 3 to take action against the respondent no.
4 according to law.
10.3.
Any other relief or relief(s) which this Hon’ble Court may think proper in view of the facts and circumstances of the case may also kindly be granted.” 2.
None appears for the petitioner though repeated calls have been made.

After having perused the prayers and pleadings made in the present petition, we do not find any good ground for interference.
Leaving it open to the petitioner to take recourse to law before the appropriate forum the writ petition is dismissed. dismissed.
