The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers: “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records relating to this case.

10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and direct the respondents to make fair investigation in FIR No.0565/18 P.S.

Durg and enquire about the role/involvement of R.K. nt of R.K.

Dutta Executive Engineer and other persons and arrest them according to provision of law, in the interest of justice.” 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the complainant of the case and in the present case, the charge-sheet has been submitted before the competent Court against accused persons.
