1 & 2 both being applications for amendment in the cause title so far as addresses of petitioner as well as respondent No.4 are allowed.

Let necessary amendment be carried out during the course of day in the cause title as also in Para 8.2 of the writ petition.

With the consent of the parties, the matter is heard finally at motion stage.

The limited grievance that the petitioner has made in this petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents No.1&2 to consider the representation which the petitioner has made for treating the petitioner as permanent employee in the department as the petitioner till date is reflected as temporary employee.

According to the petitioner, he is already 61 and ½ years of age and is retire on 31.07. on 31.07.2021 and therefore considering the short duration of -2- service left for retirement, the authorities may take a decision so far as his request for being treated as permanent employee in the department at the earliest.

The limited grievance is not opposed by the State counsel.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of at this juncture directing the respondents No.1&2 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner so far as his claim for being declared as permanent employee in the department.

Let a decision in this regard be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.
