Shri Mateen Siddique, learned counsel for the contemnor submits that the order (Annexure-R/1) has been passed in compliance of the order passed by this Court.

He also submits that despite several notices the petitioner did not appear, therefore, order has been passed without hearing him so that there is no violation of the direction issued by this Court.

Shri Shailendra Bajpai, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that CONT No.

419 of 2021 he has attended the office of contemnor for about 8 times but the matter was not taken up.

Instead of entering into the dispute as to whether Shri Bajpai, leaned counsel for the petitioner has appeared or not, as submitted by Shri Mateen Siddique, let the contemnor pass fresh order after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

Shri Shailendra Bajpai, learned counsel for the petitioner shall appear before the RTO, Raipur on 15th of November, 2021.

The contempt petition stands disposed of accordingly.

The Rule is discharged.
