The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.61/2021, registered at Police Station Simga, District- Baloda Bazar (C.G.) for offence punishable under Section 354, 452 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
