The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.87/2021, registered at Police Station Bemetara, District- Bemetara (C.G.) for offence punishable under Section 384 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Chhattisgarh Protection of Debtors Act, 1937.
