This Criminal Appeal under Section 14(A) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (henceforth ‘the SC/ST Act’) is filed against the order dated 28.04.2023 passed by the Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Balodabazar, District Balodabazar-Bhatapara for grant of regular bail to the Appellants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.1098/2022 registered at Police Station-Kasdol, District Balodabazar-Bhatapara (CG) for the offence under Sections 302, 201 and 120-B/34 IPC as also under Section 3(2)(V) of the SC/ST Act.

At the outset, Shri Sahu seeks withdrawal of this Appeal with liberty to revive the same after examination of the seizure and memorandum witnesses.

Accordingly, the instant Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
