This appeal under Section 14-A (2) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 has been filed by accused/appellant for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.316/2023 registered at Police Station Supela, Bhilai, District Durg for the offence punishable under Section 376 (2) (n) & 506 of IPC and Sections 3 (2) (v) of the SC/ST Act, 1989.

At the outset, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court withdraw this appeal with liberty file appropriate application in accordance with law.
