This is the third bail application.

The application is facing trial under Section 302 of the IPC.

Second bail application was dismissed on 21.02.2023 as withdrawn and direction was issued to learned trial Court to expedite the trial.

During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the applicant fairly submits that one of the eyewitness was examined before the trial Court had levelled certain allegations on the applicant.

However, he further submits that there is no FSL report.

Considering the fact that second bail application was dismissed as withdrawn by learned counsel for the applicant on 21.02.2023 seeking direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial and along with this application order sheet of the trial Court is not placed on record, I do not find any merits in this bail application at this juncture.

Accordingly, the third bail application stands dismissed.
