The grievance of the petitioner seems to be the inaction on the part of the respondents in not paying compensation to the petitioner for the land belonging to the petitioner that situates at Khasra No.254/9, area 0.028 dismal at village Manikpur, Tehsil and District Bilaspur for the construction of Bilaspur-Urga Highway.

Given the fact that the petitioner makes a statement that no compensation whatsoever has been paid to him, let the petitioner approach the respondent No.4 by making a detailed representation supported with all relevant records in respect of their grievance of non payment of the compensation.
Upon such representation being made, the Sub Divisional Officer shall duly scrutinize the same and take an appropriate decision within an outer limit of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.
