The present writ petition has been filed seeking for the following reliefs “10.1.

That, this Hon’ble court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records about the MCA examination rules of the University.

10.2.

That, the Hon’ble court directs the respondent to dispose of the petitioner’s representation within a reasonable time and inform this court.” 2.

After arguing for sometime, the counsel for the petitioner submits that as of now the writ petition may be disposed of so far as relief clause No.10.2 is concerned.

The counsel for the University submits that since the representation of the petitioner is only dated 24.04.2023 where there is also a reference of an -2- earlier representation dated 11.04.2023, sufficient time also has not. lapsed before which the present writ petition has been filed. een filed.

In any case, he submits that he has instructions to state that the representation of the petitioner is already under process and appropriate steps shall be taken on the same at the earliest.

Given the said submission by the counsel for the University, the writ petition as of now stands disposed of directing the respondent authorities to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner taking into consideration the seriousness and the gravity of the allegations levelled therein at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
