The appeal CRA No.680/2023 (Tiruvardan Singh v.

State of Chhattisgarh), preferred by the appellant against the impugned judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 24.01.2023 by engaging counsel of his own choice and the instant criminal appeal i.e.

CRA No.504/2023 (Tiruvardan Singh v.

State of Chhattisgarh) has been filed with the assistance of High Court Legal Aid Committee against the 2 of 2 (CRA No.

504 of 2023) same impugned judgment.

Since criminal appeal i.e.

CRA No.680/2023 preferred by the appellant by engaging a counsel of his own choice against the same impugned judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 24.01.2023 is pending consideration before this Court, the instant criminal appeal i.e.

CRA No.504/2023 is unnecessary and accordingly, it stands disposed off.

However, records received in CRA No.504/2023 be kept along with CRA No.680/2023.
