Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner may be allowed to make representation before the Collector, Janjgir­Champa for redressal of her grievance and it may be directed to decide the same within the stipulated time.

Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to make representation before the Collector, Janjgir­Champa which will be considered and decided by the Collector, Janjgir­Champa within 30 days from the date of filing of the representation.

With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
