1) In this batch of petitions, the petitioners who are Teacher (L.B.) posted in District Korba, were transferred within the district by the State Government vide order dated 30.09.2022.

The petitioners were relieved by Block Education Officers of respective Blocks and thereafter, they joined at transferred places.

Later on, the Block Education Officers of respective Blocks cancelled the relieving orders and the petitioners were directed to give their joining at their original place of posting.

The specific orders were issued in this regard by the District Block Education Officer.

2) These matters came up for hearing on 10.04. on 10.04.2022 and the District Education Officer, Korba was directed to remain present before this Court on 11.04.2023.

The officer appeared before this Court and informed that all the orders issued by the BEO & DEO have been cancelled/recalled. -8- 3) Considering the fact that the orders impugned have already been cancelled/recalled, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in these cases, consequently, these petitions are disposed of.

The orders issued by the District Education Officer, Korba on 11.04.2023 are taken on record.
