Praveen Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri A.
Radha Krishna, learned Senior Panel Counsel for the respondents.
The applicant has been working as Make-up Artist since 2015.
On his request, he has been transferred to Hyderabad in the year of 2018.
Now, the applicant is again transferred to Kerala.
He is feeling aggrieved by the said order and approached this Tribunal for redressal of his grievance only on the following two counts: i) His transfer is against the transfer policy, which says that one should not be transferred before completion of four years. ii) His girl child is studying in Class XI and in the midst of the academic session, he should not be transferred.
He made a detailed representation on 16/08/2021, which is stated to be pending.
Sri A.
Radhakrishna, learned Senior Panel Counsel put appearance.
He opposed this application and further submitted that transfer is a incidence of service and so on.
