At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant will be satisfied at this stage, if his representation dated 13.03.2021 (Annexure A-5 of OA) pending before the respondent no.
3 is decided by the respondent concerned, who is the competent authority, by a reasoned and speaking order in a time bound manner.

Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection against the limited prayer made by the applicant’s counsel.

In view of limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant, no useful purpose will be served in keeping this OA pending and it is disposed of finally at the admission stage, with direction to the respondent concerned , who is the competent authority, to decide the representation of the applicant dated 13.03.2021 (Annexure A-5) by a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
