The respondents’ counsel has submitted that the main prayer of the applicant in this OA is to issue call letter/hall ticket for appearing in the written examination on par with other candidates.

As per the direction of this Tribunal dt.

08.10.2015, the applicant was issued hall ticket and allowed to participate in the written examination.

The relief sought for by the applicant in the OA has been granted.

She prayed to dismiss this OA.

Having heard both the counsel, as the main relief of issuing hall ticket to appear in the written examination has already been granted to the applicant, this OA has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the OA is dismissed as infructuous.
