Nain, learned counsel for the applicant at the very outset stated that in view of the subsequent developments, he does not wish to 2 pursue the present Original Application and he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars and also to lay a challenge to subsequent orders issued by the respondents.

Accordingly, the O.A. is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
