2) O R D E R The present Original Application has been filed by the applicant under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 making therein a prayer for issuance of a direction to Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (Respondent No.

2 herein) to grant him weightage of two points for the experience gained by him as :: 2 :: O.A.

At this stage Mr.

F A Natnoo, learned counsel for Respondent No.

2 joined the video conference and on instructions from the Secretary, Jammu & Kashmir Public Service Commission stated that the applicant’s representation dated 20.02.2023 is still pending consideration and before finalizing the selection process, the said representation will be considered by the Competent Authority.

In view of the above submissions made by Mr.

F A Natnoo, the Original Application is disposed of with a direction to Secretary, Jammu & Kashmir Public Service Commission, Jammu to decide the applicant’s pending representation dated 24.02. ted 24.02.2023 and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law.

Before taking such a decision, the applicant shall also be afforded an opportunity of hearing.

The whole exercise shall be undertaken within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.

So long as, the applicant’s representation remains pending with the Secretary, Jammu & Kashmir Public Service Commission, Jammu, the selection process for the post of Lecturer in Cardiology, :: 3 :: O.A.
