In the instant OA, aggrieved by the applicant with respect to non consideration of his medical reimbursement claim, the applicant has filed the present OA under Section 19 of the A.T.Act, 1985.

Shri O.P.Khurana, the applicant who appears as party in person submits that he has submitted his representation earlier and lastly on 01.11.2021 which has not been considered by the respondents and he is in dire need of financial assistance as he has incurred lot of expenses and also being a very senior citizen facing certain difficulties.
OA/172/2021 CAT, Ahmedabad Bench -2- 3.
We have issued noticed and Standing counsel, Shri M.J.Patel appears for the respondents.
On instructions, he submits that pending representation of the applicant, more particularly, on 01.11.2021 will be considered expeditiously and admissible claim will be considered for the purpose of reimbursement of the medical bill of the applicant.

Considering the said submission on behalf of the respondents, we deem it fit to dispose of this OA at this stage with a direction to the respondents / competent authority to consider and decide the claim of the applicant for medical reimbursement submitted by the applicant, as also representation dated 01.11.2021 expeditiously, but not later than 30 days from the receipt of a copy of this order. his order.
We made it clear that considering old and ill-health of the applicant, appropriate decision be taken on his claim within stipulated time framed without fail.

The OA stands disposed of accordingly.
No order as to costs.
