In the instant OA, while the applicant was working as APM Accounts (HSG-II), Rajkot Headquarter Office was ordered to be OA/257/2021 CAT, Ahmedabad Bench -2- transferred as APM, Accounts (HSG-II) Gondal Headquarter Office vide order dated 31.03.2021 (Annexure A/1).

Aggrieved by the same, the applicant has submitted his representation.

The same was regretted by the competent authority vide order dated 06.04.2021 (Annexure A/2).

By honouring the said order, the applicant joined his duty at transferred place as APM Accounts (HSG-II) Gondal H.O. w.e.f 03.05.2021.

Thereafter, on 20.05.2021 (Annexure A/7), the applicant has submitted his detailed representation before the Chief Post Master General, Gujarat Circle, Ahmedabad through proper channel and requested to re-examine his case on compassionate ground.

Additionally, it is submitted that the Department of Posts issued guidelines dated 19.5.2021 with regard to rotational transfer of all Group ‘C’, Group ‘B’ (Gazetted and Non-Gazetted) and Group ‘A’ (JTS & STS) officials/ officers working in the Circles (Annexure A/6). xure A/6).

By relying on the said guidelines, the applicant has requested to the competent authority to reconsider his request.

After arguing for some time, counsel for the applicant, Ms.

V.A.Purani submits that the applicant will be satisfied, if appropriate direction be issued for expeditious consideration of pending representation of the applicant.

Considering the request made on behalf of the applicant, we dispose of the OA since six months time is not over after filing of the OA/257/2021 CAT, Ahmedabad Bench -3- representation as it is admitted fact that the same is not yet decided by the competent authority.

It is accepted that the competent authority will take appropriate decision on the pending representation of the applicant expeditiously.

In the light of the above, the OA stands disposed of accordingly.
