Counsel for the applicant, on instruction, request to allow him to withdraw this OA with a view to make a detail representation before the Chairman, CBIC with respect of removing his name from the ''Agreed List of 2011 and 2015" (including the continuation of the same for subsequent years).
Considering the aforesaid request, we allow the applicant to withdraw the OA at this stage.
It is expected that on receipt of the representation of the applicant, the competent authority shall take appropriate decision expeditiously preferable within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation.
The OA stands disposed of accordingly.
