Today, on behalf of the respondents, Ms.

R.R.Patel appears and submits that sufficient compliance has been made in respect to the order passed by this Tribunal in OA No.322/2014 dated 22.01.2021.

In support of it, she placed on record a copy of the (i) order of regularization passed in favour of the applicant (ii) order of pay fixation on account of ACP and (iii) order conveying the screening committee for deciding the claim of the applicant for grant of MACP.

We are satisfied with the submission made on behalf of the respondents that sufficient compliance has been made with respect to the order passed by this Tribunal.

Tribunal.

It is expected that the respondent authority will expeditiously comply with the order in toto by extending all consequential benefits, as directed by this Tribunal in order dated 22.01.2021.

Recording the submission of the counsel for the respondents, we do not find any reason to keep this CP pending and as such order dated 22.01.2021 passed by this Tribunal in OA No.

322/2014 has been complied with.

The contempt proceedings are dropped.
