Jasmine Ahmed: An order dated 07.03.2017 was passed by this Tribunal directing the respondents to decide the pending representations of the applicant, especially the one which was received by them on 16.05.2016, within a period of three months.

The applicant thereafter filed C.P.

No.557/2017, which was dismissed on 29.08.2017 as the applicant did not serve a copy of the said order upon the respondents.

Accordingly, the applicant withdrew the said C.P. with liberty to file the fresh one.

It is seen that the counsel for applicant has served a legal notice on the respondents on 05.12.2017 giving information about the said order of the Tribunal and filed the present C.P.

Accordingly, three months’ time period, which was given to the respondents, has not been completed till date.

Therefore, the C.P. is dismissed being premature. ( Mrs.
