When this matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents, while drawing our attention to Annexure R-3 to the short reply filed by them, which is an order dated 18.08.2017 in WPC No.2759/2017 of the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi whereunder 2 CP 288/2017 in OA 886/2015 the Hon’ble High Court stayed the contempt proceedings till the next date of hearing, seeks closure of the CP.

In the circumstances and in view of the stay orders of the Hon’ble High Court, the CP is closed and notice is discharged.
However, the petitioner is at liberty to avail his remedies, in accordance with law, once the stay is vacated or the WPC is finally decided.
