Manjula Das, Chairman At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.
Yogesh Kumar Mahur prayed for withdrawal of this Contempt Petition by submitting that during the proceedings of the present CP No.208/2021, the department has complied with the order of the Tribunal dated 14.06.2021 passed in OA No.1035/2021.
Hence, he seeks permission of this Tribunal to withdraw the Contempt Petition, with liberty to file a fresh OA, if his grievance still subsists.
The CP is accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the Tribunal, in case he is still aggrieved with the decision of the respondents. (Mohd.
