Singh, Member (J) In the present O.A. filed under section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, the applicant has prayed for the following reliefs:- 1.

To allow the present application; 2.

To direct the Respondents to shift the Applicant from the National Pension Scheme to the Old Pension Scheme; 3.

To grant all consequential benefits to the Applicant as permissible in law; 4.

To issue any such and further order/directors this Hon’ble Tribunal deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case; and 5.

To allow exemplary costs of the application.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the claim of the applicant besides being covered by the various judgments is also covered by policy decision of the Government vide OM dated 17.02.2020 (Annexure A/4) and for redressal of his grievances, the applicant has preferred a representation dated 17.05.2021 (Annexure A/5) which is also duly forwarded by the authority concerned vide communication dated 24.05.2021 (Annexure A/6) and the same is still lying pending consideration of the respondents.
