Tarun Shridhar, Member(A):- At the outset, learned counsel for the applicants submits that the issue at stake in the present O.A. is being agitated before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.

3110/2016.

Accordingly, it will be a fruitless exercise to agitate this issue in the current O.A. and it could be disposed of with a direction to both the parties that they shall be bound by the final decision/judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
